At Busy Gal Nutrition, we don’t believe you need a restrictive diet or to miss out on life to reach your health and fitness goals. Our goal is to cut through the barriers in your busy life to show you a healthy lifestyle that you can totally have. Our goal is to help you enjoy the heck out of living well and feeling good.

So whether you’re a busy mom, busy student, busy career woman, or ALL of the above- we’re here for you, busy gals!

Meet our founder, Laura Gaston!

Hi, I’m Laura! My mission is to help you have it ALL! I became a dietitian because I don’t believe you should have to choose between loving your food and having the body, confidence, and health you want and need.

All my life I’ve heard people say “I don’t know what to eat,” “I don’t have time to eat better,” “healthy food doesn’t taste good,” “I want to lose weight, but I have too much stress in my life to worry about dieting.”

If this is you, you’re who I love to work with the most! Let’s overcome obstacles together and make this journey simple! Life is confusing and stressful enough without being worried about the latest weight loss hack. Time is a scarce commodity, and we don’t have time for bogus or BORING information!

My education and credentials:

  • Commission on Dietetic Registration Registered Dietitian
  • Licensed Dietitian in the state of Alabama by the AL board of examiners
  • Samford University Master of Nutrition Science + Dietetic Internship
  • Auburn University Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetic
  • Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Certificate of Training in Integrative and Functional Nutrition
