Ingredients

  • 1 5.3 oz cup strawberry cheesecake greek yogurt any single-serve cup of yogurt will work!
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 1 tbsp flax seed
  • 1 pinch salt
  • splash unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup whole oats

Instructions

  1. mix all ingredients together. add just enough almond milk to get the consistency you want. 

  2. cover in a bowl or jar and store in the refrigerator overnight.  

  3. grab it in the morning and add toppings as you like. The day started right!
