Granola

This quick and easy homemade granola will make you never want to buy sugary, store-bought granola again.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole grain or steel cut oats
  • 1 cup Raw unsalted Almonds you could also use peanuts, walnuts, cashews, hazelnuts. make it your own!
  • 1 cup Raw unsalted pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp pure grade A maple syrup
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lay out all of the ingredients on a baking sheet and mix together (I usually mix it all up with my hands because it's easier) 

  2. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes (watch it closely so it doesn't get too crisp!)

  3. Let it cool before you add dried fruit or store in jars or baggies
